ACTION3You may qualify for this study if you are between the ages of 18 to 80 and had a kidney biopsy or genetic test diagnosing you with FSGS. Immunosuppressants, such as Tacrolimus, Cyclosporine, Azathioprine, Mycophenolate or Rituxan are not allowed within 12 weeks of starting the study. You need to be on an Angiotensin Blocker (ARB) medication or willing to take this medication.
AMPLITUDEYou may qualify for this study if you have APOL1-mediated proteinuric kidney disease and are 12 to 65 years old.
IMAGINATIONYou may qualify for this study if you're older than 18 with biopsy proven primary IgA Nephropathy. The biopsy must have been performed within the last 7 years.
RESULTYou may qualify for this study if you have biopsy-proven primary FSGS or primary MCD and are 18 years or older.
Vicadrostat CKD StudyYou may qualify for this study if you have chronic kidney disease and are NOT taking a SGLT2 inhibitor.
WALDENYou may qualify for this study if you are between 18 and 65 and have been diagnosed with any of the following kidney diseases: • Diabetic nephropathy (DN) • Primary focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) • Treatment resistant-minimal change disease (TR-MCD) • Primary immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) • Primary membranous nephropathy (PMN)
